Just got back from balik kampung trip .

Drank too much coffee . Damn my bowels hurt . But Ipoh white coffee tastes so good ....

Also i hate long trips . Car trips , bus trips , train ..... (brr)

Sit for too long and your ass will ache . 

And also because that everytime i got on a moving vehicle i will surely go to sleep . I sleep everytime i got on a car . Buses , not so often . Trains ? Trying to get some sleep is hard .

With all those naps i can't sleep at night .

Insomnia is bad
